BBC's Children's Community

The children’s ministry at BBC is committed to assisting parents in (1) bringing lost children to the saving knowledge of Jesus
Christ, (2) teaching them to know Him and love Him, (3) and involving them in the local body of believers for the glory of God.

Sprout is a concept taken out of I Corinthians 3:7 “So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who
makes things grow.” This is the way we approach our children’s community. You as the parents are both the “planters” and the
“waterers.” Our teaching staff is here to assist in that process, but it will only be a work of God that will make a child sprout in
their faith.

Our curriculum was chosen for its focus on the Word of God. We are using a curriculum called “The Praise Factory” put
together by Capitol Hill Baptist Church out of Washington DC.
